Both lsdb-server and Firefly on epyc should start up on boot

**Feature request**

At present, the lsdb-server is running on epyc at port 43210 (see #561), and Firefly is running on epyc at port 43211 (see https://github.com/astronomy-commons/hats/issues/455).

However, both of these servers are running as my own userid, and when epyc is rebooted, will not be automatically restarted. Both of these should be set up to run under a suitable userid and in a way that they will survive a reboot.

Start by reviewing how lsdb-server and Firefly are currently launched on epyc, including the context in issues #561 and #455. Identify a suitable non-personal service identity and startup mechanism, then verify after a reboot that both services return on ports 43210 and 43211.
