Description
The discoverability of plots (**point density** and **column means**) relies heavily on the catalog labels.
We now have several examples of catalogs that are hosted on epyc and on aws buckets. In this case we want to display the region and the protocol in the label (e.g. `TIC (US-West, HTTP)` vs `TIC (US-East, S3)`), and share the existing mean plots between them. Currently, we would need to have two copies of the same directory under these two different names.
This issue is based on the comment left in https://github.com/astronomy-commons/data.lsdb.io/pull/205#issue-4135922780.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing where catalog labels and mean plots are configured, then verify that labels include region and protocol and that the same mean plots can be shared without duplicating directories.
