Description
I haven't looked deeply into the data, but it looks like our SkyMapper HATS catalogs are an ideal case of a nestable catalog: both objects and sources have an `object_id` column. Let's nest it!
Please also see https://github.com/astronomy-commons/data.lsdb.io/issues/13 for adding `date` column with the timestamps.
