Re-import SkyMapper DR4 photometry with `date` field

Description
SkyMapper DR4 photometry table ("source" table) misses dates of observations, the only way to get them for a user is joining with `dr4.images` table themselves. We should at least date, and maybe some other observational metadata, such as `fwhm_mean` and `airmass`.
