At the moment items "Acknowledgement" are not separated at all, a period should be added to the end of each item.
"Bibtex" section became a flow of text, not very readable if I copy it to a bib file. Is there a way to preserve formatting from yaml file?

Start by reproducing the generated Acknowledgement and Bibtex output described in the issue, then trace the entry point that converts the YAML content into those sections. Check how item endings and line breaks are currently handled. Done means each Acknowledgement item ends with a period and Bibtex formatting remains readable when copied to a bib file.
