Description
currenty the `run_astrodb_utils` workflow will only work if the database is named `astrodb-template-db`. It would be ideal if this worked for any database name. The `astrodb_utils` tests will also need to be changed. https://github.com/astrodbtoolkit/astrodb_utils/issues/227
