Rename Publications table to ReferenceList?

The Publications table makes it seem like the entries HAVE TO BE publications with DOIs when really, they can be any type of reference or internal identifier or PID number. Maybe rename to ReferenceList?

Start by searching the repository for the Publications table definition and all references to that name. Clarify whether the requested change is only a schema rename or also requires updating dependent references and preserving existing data. Done means the agreed name is used consistently and the database template remains valid.
