adds ui-time-mask ":" right after second number

Is it possible to add the ':' before the user types the third character? From a user friendly point of view, I think it gives a better hint of what he needs to type. Currently I'm working on a project that the main users may not know about masks and 'numbers only'. I know I can send a error message, but I believe is a simpler idea to type the ':' automatically after the second character, not the third.
