Add markdown support for every textarea we use

When editing a resource, add markdown support for any textarea field present in the page.
Could be using a javascript library such as EpicEditor:

Review the resource-editing pages and inventory every textarea field used there. Compare the suggested EpicEditor and Bootstrap Markdown options, then verify that each textarea supports markdown consistently and that editing still works for every resource.
