Rename semantic-data-provider to linked-data-provider

Apparently "semantic web" is an old term and nowadays people talk more about "linked data".

"Semantic data provider" is not so clear because you don't necessary see the link with "semantic web".

So I would suggest renaming the package to `@semapps/linked-data-provider`

... and then it would be nice to be listed in React-Admin data providers list: https://marmelab.com/react-admin/DataProviderList.html

Search the repository for references to `semantic-data-provider` and identify the package metadata and documentation that would need updating. Check the React-Admin DataProviderList page linked in the issue; done means the package is consistently named `@semapps/linked-data-provider` and the requested React-Admin listing is addressed.
