Créer une relation ternaire person, level, skill

L'enjeu serait de pouvoir préciser que telle personne a tel niveau sur telle compétence et tel autre niveau sur telle autre compétence.
Il me semble que la bonne manière de modéliser ce type d'informations est d'utiliser les relations ternaires / réifiées comme on l'a fait pour les rôles ...
C'est un truc qui pourrait également fortement intéresser Glocal LowTech, CdlT et plein d'autres acteurs je crois ..
