File consumer and Http consumer do not follow redirections (HTTP Status 30X)

File consumer and Http consumer seems to do not follow redirections (HTTP Status 30X).
This may cause additional errors to retrive data

For exemple Onedrive file shared with public link could not be download (after adding "&download=1" at the end of sharing url)
