### What is the current behavior?

@dzbarsky points out that Agents have "skills" to learn something like "the best way to add Bazel to my project given the files you find in it"
this project publishes template repos for each language, it should also publish a "skills" database.
That's also with agent-friendly migration guides on things like "first you'll need to pnpm import, etc"

Use AI to easily install Bazel
