Xcode is sometimes not detected when launching after yabai is running

Sometimes, when I open a project in Xcode for the first time after launch, yabai does not detect the recently opened window, leaving me to either restart yabai (messing up my current window layout) or close and reopen the project window. No clue on exactly what's going on, since the welcome window seems to properly have a removed shadow (as per my config), but the editor window doesn't.

Reproduce the sequence of launching yabai, then opening an Xcode project for the first time, and compare detection of the welcome window with the editor window. No source file or test is named; done means the editor window is detected without restarting yabai or reopening the project.
