Fibonacci windows creation

I see this has been mentioned on a closed issue before, but I'd love to see it in yabai, as is what I love most about my hyprland setup on my linux machine, and want most on macOS

I'll attemp to implement it and open a PR if successful

Define how windows should be arranged and resized, then verify that the resulting layout matches the requested macOS behavior; the issue names no files, tests, or entry points.
