Focus follows mouse breaks when manually moving mouse between multiple windows of the same app

Bug/Issue - Focus follows mouse breaks if I try to physically move the mouse between different windows of the same application, it stop following focus. It still follows focus if I am using hotkeys with skhd and using yabai commands like `yabai -m window --focus south/east/west/north`. Restarting yabai seems to fix the issue until I encounter multiple windows of the same application, mainly noticing it with multiple windows of Arc and iTerm.
