Description
Is there a way to pre configure padding based on the layout type, similarly to [spaces](https://github.com/koekeishiya/yabai/wiki/Configuration#padding-and-gaps)?
I mean something like:
`yabai -m config --layout bsp top_padding 0`
Or is it expected to toggle the space padding using signals?

Research direction
Review the linked padding-and-gaps wiki section and the existing `yabai -m config` layout configuration behavior. Determine whether layout-specific padding is supported or whether signals are the expected mechanism; done means documenting or confirming the supported approach.
