How to map "Print Screen" key to "shift + cmd + ctrl - 4"

I'm using a **Logitech Ergo K860** keyboard, when I press down the **Print Screen** key, skhd -o shows **0x14**, when the key is released, **0x37** is shown. How can I map the **Print Screen** key to "shift + cmd + ctrl - 4"?
