skhd hangs when trying to specify a alternative config file location

Hi,

I'm currently trying to setup skhd with yabai.

I've installed skhd with brew and started the service with brew services start skhd. I've given it all the accessibility permissions it wanted.

If I run `skhd -c ~/.bin/dotfiles/.skhdrc` or `skhd --config ~/.bin/dotfiles/.skhdrc` then the command just hangs indefinitely.

I'm on Big Sur and the version of skhd is 0.3.5 - not sure what other information is required to help diagnose this one

Start by reproducing the hang with skhd 0.3.5 on Big Sur using both `skhd -c ~/.bin/dotfiles/.skhdrc` and `skhd --config ~/.bin/dotfiles/.skhdrc`. Trace how the alternate configuration path is handled and verify that skhd starts normally with the supplied file instead of hanging indefinitely.
