Description

The "n" and "p" and "f" works very well, and if I change the "cmd + ctrl - b" to other keys like "cmd + ctrl - h" it also works. Just when it was "b", it doesn't work. I tried use "cmd + ctrl - b" as echo, but there's noting on ```skhd -V```. It also works when I use other keys.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the cmd+ctrl+b binding and compare it with cmd+ctrl+h while running skhd -V, as described in the issue. Trace why the b combination produces no verbose output; done means the binding is recognized and behaves like the working alternatives.
