NavBar is not visible when phone is in dark mode

When phone is in dark mode,navbar is not visible at home page.

Start at the home page and trace the NavBar entry point, then reproduce the issue with the phone or browser in dark mode and compare it with light mode. Done means the NavBar is visible and readable on the home page in dark mode; the issue includes only a screenshot and does not name a file or test.
