Request to Add Cornish (kw)

Hello, I have sent requests to the Weblate project to start the Cornish (kw) translation for it to be included in the app by default but not had any luck. Myself and a few others have been working on it for a while and the translation itself has been at 100% translated for a few months as an extension (and testing it, whilst noticing a few strings here and there that are currently untranslatable). I was wondering if you could allow the request to start Cornish (kw) on the Weblate project. Thank you very much.
