Description
There are several problems that would be nice to fix:
- [x] review drag & drop when viewports have different scroll positions
- [x] fix dragging tiles inside viewports (e.g. catching a tile instead of moving the scrollbar), #61
- [x] fix extra scroll bar in main viewport
- [ ] fix scroll issues when zooming in/out
- [ ] fix scroll movement when swap two tiles
