Switch to working leiningen plugin

The leiningen plugin in asdf-vm/asdf-plugins does not seem to work. It does list versions but does not install them.

Switch to https://codeberg.org/malice/asdf-lein.git which is a fork of the current plugin.

That plugin works for me. Recent commits address various issues: https://codeberg.org/malice/asdf-lein/commits/branch/master

### Describe similar `asdf` features and why they are not sufficient

As above, the current plugin does not work.

### Describe other workarounds you've considered

I can add this plugin manually but doing so does not work with the [GitHub Action](https://github.com/asdf-vm/actions).

Review the existing Leiningen plugin reference in asdf-vm/asdf-plugins and compare it with the proposed fork at codeberg.org/malice/asdf-lein.git. Confirm that version listing and installation work, including through the referenced GitHub Action; done means users no longer need to add the plugin manually.
