Description
Hi!
After installing your plugin, I install two versions of php (7 and 8).
And each version contains it's own composer!!!
But I had already composer installed globally.
Is there a way how to use **system** composer as a primary?

Research direction
No file or test is named in the issue, so start by examining how the asdf-php plugin installs or exposes Composer for each PHP version. Trace the Composer selection behavior, then verify that the globally installed system Composer is preferred while both PHP versions remain usable.
