Description
Similar to Composer, would be great if every PHP installation shipped [PIE](https://github.com/php/pie/releases) by default.
Currently [it's possible to do it semi-automatically](https://gist.github.com/Wirone/b84fea95f01376221903727a860f74b7), but having it out-of-the-box would be much better 🙂.
