Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked debug log and the Android reinstall flow, focusing on why the CDM folder is not created after the Netflix plugin is reinstalled. Confirm the behavior on Kodi 18.5 with the release ZIP and determine whether Widevine installation or playback initialization fails; done means video playback works after reinstall.
