## General infomration
Running Kodi 18.4 on LibreELEC 9.1.501 on a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and running NordVPN

Can't update a newer version (0.13.23)
### Description
Netflix won't load any film or series. It is just shortly buffering, sometimes its shortly buffering again after the first time but nothing happens. I don't get any error message it's just acting like nothing happend.
On my very first try, without a running VPN (I'm using NordVPN) i was able to watch stuff. But I really want to use my VPN in combinition with KODI..

## Other information
I do not have the "switch Accounts" Button instead there is "30059c".
I did not changed any settings in the Netflix Addon
I did not changed "deeper" settings from the VPN (fe change from UDP to TCP o.s.)
