Error starting Netflix plugin

### Description

Since a few weeks Netflix does not load anymore on my Raspberry Pi 3

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Netflix
2. Click on the profile (the correct list appears)

**Expected behavior:** [What you expected to happen]

List of categories appears

**Actual behavior:** [What actually happened]

Error message to check logs

#### Additional informatin on the environment

Tested with several LibreElec releases. Current release:
#0708, 08-Jul-2019

But tested it with several June releases too.
