### Description
Installed neflix addon 0.13.23 and getting error on startup
Followed previous issue - https://github.com/asciidisco/plugin.video.netflix/issues/685
doesnt seem to have helped

### Steps to Reproduce
Install from Master and run.
Tried restarting multiple time no help.
Same setup has worked for me on Kodi running on Macos.
