### Description

When I open the Netflix Addon everything is fine until I play a video. The audio is there, but the video is not. All I see is a background and a small window that shows a picture of the video. I'm using the Fire TV Cube. The instructions said to add my ESN number since I'm using Android. I looked, the addon is set to do that automatically. I thought since it doesn't show all of it that I would add it in manually to see if that was the problem. It won't let me add the entire number and runs out of space. Any suggestions?

Research direction

The report concerns the Netflix addon on an Android Fire TV Cube, where audio plays but video does not and the ESN field is too short. Start by reproducing playback on the stated device and reviewing the addon’s video and ESN handling entry points; done means video renders normally and the full ESN can be configured.
