Every time I play a video, It Defualts to German

## General information
Every time I play a file it will default to German, even after setting it to Eng and then saving the settings to stay English (Set All Media To These Settings). After the Episode is over or I play a movie I was watching is over and go to the next thing it ignores what I setup and will default to German again

**Expected behavior:** [What you expected to happen]

To save to English and not switch to german

**Actual behavior:** [What actually happened]
Starts in German, Switch it to English, Next Episode plays in German

Reproduce the issue on the reported Windows 7 setup with plugin version 0.13.21: play a file, switch the audio or subtitle language to English, save the setting, and advance to the next episode or movie. Trace the language-selection and saved-media-settings entry points used during playback. Done means the next item keeps the saved English setting instead of reverting to German.
