13.21 - Secondary Profile Functionality

Currently using v13.21, installed via official repo.
For starters, it seems to be working as intended on the primary profile. I can watch shows and movies. I've not tested more, but will tomorrow. I'm assuming all profile functionality exists, such as exporting (probably won't use in MY case) and adding/removing shows from "MyList".

Any secondary profiles, however, only seem to work with what is set up remotely. With a 2nd profile (additional user using the same account), the option "Top Picks for USERNAME" is missing. Also, when adding a movie or tv show to "MyList", when logged into a secondary profile, results in an error. The only way a secondary user is able to modify their list is by using the web. This was fixed in the 14.0 PR #519. The ability to use secondary profiles efficiently is key in my home.

I will test more tomorrow. These are my first impressions at 3:50am while suffering in pain from surgery. Will follow up with more observations! Kudos on making the primary profiles work again!

Compare the secondary-profile behavior described here with the fix in PR #519, focusing on the missing "Top Picks for USERNAME" option and the MyList error. Verify the behavior in the reported Raspberry Pi, LibreELEC, and Kodi environment; done means secondary profiles can view Top Picks and add or remove titles from MyList without errors.
