Addon Repository Issues

I'm experiencing a couple of issues with the Netflix Addon Repo:

1. I can see that the latest release here is 0.13.21, but I don't see it using the "official" Netflix Addon repository within Kodi. I also notice that when 0.13.20 was (albeit temporarily) released, this wasn't showing as an available update either. Not a huge problem to update manually, of course, but just wondering if there is any way the official repo can somehow be linked to the github to maintain uniformity?

2. When installing the latest version, Kodi always nags me that there's an update. It looks like it's flagging the 0.14.0 alpha/beta as the available update, but never updates to that.

Investigate the official Netflix Addon repository and Kodi's update behavior, focusing first on reproducing both reported version discrepancies with releases 0.13.20, 0.13.21, and 0.14.0 alpha/beta. Done means the official repository exposes the intended stable release and Kodi no longer offers the inappropriate update.
