Returned manifest contains Error 446

### Description
Trying to play a video displays the loading icon for a few (2 or 3) seconds, then disappear and nothing is being played.

The most notable thing is, in the logs (see below): “Playback not permitted. Reason: 446 (Playback not permitted.)”

Note that I’m not using any proxy or VPN, this account has been created in my country, I’m still in my country, and it works just fine with the official Netflix app on my TV, on the exact same internet connection.

Start by reviewing the linked debug log for the Error 446 response and the playback path used by the Netflix plugin on Kodi 18. Reproduce the loading-then-stop behavior on the reported Vero+/OSMC Linux ARM environment if possible; done means the manifest no longer causes playback to be rejected and the video starts.
