Skip Intro disappears when ignored once

### Description

After ignoring the Skip Intro feature for an episode subsequent episodes fail to offer the option to skip the intro.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Play an episode without skipping the intro
2. Play another episode
3. The Skip Intro button fails to appear

**Expected behavior:**

I expect the skip Intro feature to appear every time, regardless of earlier (non)actions

Kodi Leia nightly running on OSMC, Vero 4k+

### Installation

Reproduce the issue in the Kodi Leia nightly environment on OSMC/Vero 4k+ by ignoring Skip Intro for one episode and playing another. Trace how the Skip Intro button state is retained between episodes; done when the option appears for every subsequent episode regardless of the earlier action.
