On an old huawei box 5.0 i cannot playback any netflix video

### Prerequisites

Android Lollipop 5.0
Kodi 18 beta2 (beta 3 crash on that box)

Start with the traceback in resources/lib/MSLHttpRequestHandler.py and resources/lib/MSL.py, especially the manifest request path that fails on Android Lollipop. Reproduce the Netflix playback failure with the supplied environment and debug log, then verify that video playback reaches the manifest successfully without the reported AttributeError.
