[Core] Skip credits and start playing next episode in the play queue

Kodi provides a "Watch from here" option that will add the current item and all following items to the play queue. Unfortunately Netflix has very long credits because it includes extra credits for all the international people involved (ie. for translations, etc.) so it takes a rather longs time before the next episode will be played.

When watching Netflix in a web browser on a desktop the next episode will automatically start playing after a few seconds once the credits have started playing. It would be really nice if similar functionality could be added to this plugin so that the next item in the play queue starts playing once the credits start.
