Add Current Sender ID

In Senders details section of the app there is not mention of whether sender's email id is set up or not and if set up what email id is it set up with

# Requirement

Required to add a section before form to mention the email id set up to send mails from. Add a warning in case no email is set up

Start in the app's Senders details section and trace how the configured sender email is currently stored or retrieved. Add a section before the form that shows the configured email, or a warning when none is set, then verify both states in the UI.
