Show Scroll by default when its true

When I have the data which goes beyond a page , I want to show the scroll , right now there is a scroll but it doesn't show by default.

Start by running the React heatmap component with data that extends beyond one page and locate the grid's existing scroll behavior. Confirm when the scrollbar is currently hidden and compare it with the requested default behavior. Done means the scroll is visibly available by default whenever the data exceeds the page.
