Not working / generating scrolling if div container is hided

На днях столкнулся с следующей проблемой, не работает скроллер, не генерирует slider если блок в который обернут scrollyeah display: none. Ставил SetTimeout на время и потом hide блок все равно не работает скроллер в скрытом блоке.

Tried to put scrollyeah in div which is dispaly: none in css slidet not working scroller, tried to make first setTimeout in js give to load content and after hide, also do not work ! without hiding block working perfect! any ideas any help
