Description
1. Test: Actually fill out the form using sendkeys. Build a regression test to ensure this works. See: https://github.com/artoonie/rcvis/pull/562
2. Bug: when you hit "Add a Round", it doesn't respect the current elected/elimination options
3. 1pass tries to autofill the elected/eliminated field making it impossible to select anything -- is this addressable?
