Problem: Docs suggest name (creator) access points are automatically added to the list in the Access points information area of an archival description when they actually need to be manually selected + added for the name to appear in the list

From the above statement, user assumes the name (creator) access points are automatically added to the access points list in the archival description as in previous versions when in reality they still need to be manually selected from the drop-down menu and manually added in order to appear in the list.
