Looks like we intended to add content here, and then forgot / never did! We should review our translation docs, and add content here.

Start with the linked Translate static pages documentation page and review the surrounding translation documentation for the intended scope and terminology. Add the missing guidance to that page and confirm the rendered page contains useful content consistent with the rest of the translation docs.
