not work as a control component

Description
when I used the datePicker as control component, its didn't work the way it should work.
I gave the value as a props to make DatePicker control component, but it didn't work.
when I type the any character in DatePicker without update `this.state.dateOfBirth`, it shows that character in DatePicker.
