Allow to edit the time in Timepicker

Our users are annoyed of having to click the arrows so much to set the time. We tried to communicate that it can be edited directly in the input field, however, we keep getting the same complaints. Thus, our solution would be to allow to directly manipulate the displayed numbers in the timepicker page via input elements.
