If i set open={somevalue} when somevalue={false} calendar opens when you click on the input

If i set open={somevalue}, when somevalue={false} disableOnClickOutside not working, but when somevalue={true} we click on input and calendar opens.
So i can open calendar by clicking on Input but can't close it by ckicking outside.
And please add a flag that forbids opening a calendar when you click on input =)
