Time arrows are closing the picker and preventing calendar view

### Steps to Reproduce

Click on time. Click arrows... It closes. Click the input again and you can't return to the calendar.

### Expected Results

I expect to click the time arrows multiple times and not close the datetime picker.

### Actual Results

The datetime picker closes.
