Not able to generate contributors by github action workflows

I am not able to add contributors by `contributors.js` it is working fine on local, but when i am running it through github actions it is not changing readme file, can anyone fix it ??

Start with contributors.js and the GitHub Actions workflow that runs it, comparing the action environment with the local run. Check the workflow logs and how the script writes the README. Done means the action completes successfully and updates the README with contributors.
