Description

The project currently lacks a **consistent visual identity** across platforms.
Icons and logos are either missing, generic, or not aligned, which affects usability, polish, and recognizability.

We are looking for **someone to design cohesive icons and branding assets** that can be used consistently across desktop, mobile, and the repository.

---

## Objective

Create a **unified visual identity** for the project that works across:

* Repository / project branding
* Android application
* Windows desktop tools (including system tray)
* Datapad Server / desktop utilities

The goal is to have a recognizable, clean, and professional look on all platforms.

---

## Scope of Work

### Design

* Main project logo
* Platform-specific icon variants derived from the same design:

* Android adaptive launcher icon
* Windows `.ico` (multi-resolution)
* System tray icon (small-size optimized, ideally usable on light & dark backgrounds)

All assets should follow a **single, coherent design language**.

---

## Design Guidelines

* Clean, modern, technical style
* Fits a utility / checklist / tactical data application
* Clearly recognizable at very small sizes (system tray icons)
* Minimal detail, strong silhouette
* Vector-first (SVG preferred)

---

## Integration (Supportive)

Developers will assist with integration, but icons should be usable for:

* Android launcher icons
* Windows taskbar and system tray
* Repository branding (README, etc.)

---

## Acceptance Criteria

* Consistent branding across all platforms
* Icons are readable and recognizable at small sizes
* Assets delivered in scalable formats (SVG + exports)
* Ready for use on Android and Windows
